Your mission

Contribute to the development and implementation of a forward-looking procurement strategy
Independently lead price, contract, and supplier negotiations for the Moerdijk (NL) production site
Monitor and analyze forecasts and conduct actual-versus-target evaluations across the Kolb Group
Manage contracts within the SAP MM module, with a particular focus on the Moerdijk site
Support and further develop the contract management tool
Ensure the availability of raw materials and packaging materials
Contribute to the development of contingency and supply security concepts
Act as the operational deputy to the Team Lead Chemical Procurement
Lead and coordinate cross-site procurement projects
Manage the strategic and operational sourcing of packaging materials for the Kolb Group
Serve as a member of the SAP MM Core Team

Your profile

Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent higher professional qualification
Several years of experience in strategic procurement, ideally within the chemical industry
Proven track record in international price and contract negotiations
Excellent knowledge of SAP MM
Experience in contract and supplier management
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
High level of initiative, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
Project management experience and the ability to provide functional leadership to project teams
Fluent English, both written and spoken; Dutch and/or German is an advantage
Strategic mindset with strong cross-functional thinking
Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented approach to work
Excellent communication skills and professional stakeholder management
High degree of resilience and flexibility
Enjoy working in an international environment
Willingness to travel approximately 4-6 times per year (plants, suppliers, trade fairs)
